KernowCamps Stickers are Now Available!

They’re the best thing ever & I know EVERYBODY is going to want them! The official first set of KernowCamps stickers is now available for sale via my LinkTree ! I love them. I spent ages messing around with various designs & shapes before I settled on this stunning oval design. Each sticker is 6cm tall by 4cm wide & includes the KernowCamps branding in white & yellow. Below is a neat little QR code that will take you to my LinkTree , where you can access my content across the web. Beneath sits a cute little dog emoji that looks a lot like Dave! Bordering the major design is a neat pattern of camping glyphs featuring tents, mountains, trees, & campfires. Each sticker is die-cut & has a water-resistant plastic coating to protect it, making it ideal for water bottles, camping tables, or your Gran’s forehead! I am limiting these to 50. I will keep some for myself & a couple for my Mum (she’s my biggest fan). The total available for sale will be only around 45, m

Filming a Wet & Wild video with the Monger 2

OMG what a knob I am! I've no idea why I have done this, but I do know it left me teath-chatteringly cold and wet. So here is the story - a commenter to my Naturehike Monger 2 Long Term Review claimed I was talking BS about how the Monger can be set up fly first if needed (such as in the rain). In fact he seemed really annoyed by my review in general, and being the only negative feedback that video has had to date, I wanted to try and help the guy out, so I responded giving text based instruction on how he might go about setting the Monger up outer first. His response to my reply was even more irate so I offered to oneway in the future make a video about how to set up the Monger 2 in the rain. And that is what I've done this afternoon. I set up the Monger 2, in my back garden, in the rain on the 26th of November! And, to draw further attention to the fact that the M2 is not the best option to use in bad weather and that I suggest it best used in the Summer, I wore shorts, t-sh

OEX Phoxx II v2 Two Years on

Southern Copse at Crowdy It was a cool, breezy and somewhat damp Saturday morning when I decided to take the Phoxx out to Crowdy Reservoir on Bodmin Moor to finally film my long-term review. I'd been wanting to get this done for a long time, but for various reasons its never happened. The last time I tried I even forgot to pack the poles! So Dave and I set off for Crowdy, taking in the beautiful imposing view of Rough Tor along the way before coming up the Reservoir via Davidstow Airfield. having parked up we set off across the dam to the copse of trees on the Southern side of the reservoir where we found a large shelter made of fallen trees and branches. It was here I decided to record the video since the shelter gave me somewhere relatively dry to store everything while I was filming. I like big huts ('n' I cannot lie)! While dodging both the rain and Dave's incessant barking I managed to film the review but also had time to play around with a few new angles and "

Youtube have given me early access to the Community Tab!

Dunno why I have such early access to the Community tab and Posts on Youtube, but at just 330 subs the bods at YT have unlocked it for me. I'm kinda happy with this and cannot wait to see how Posts affect my channels view count and discovery in the future. Check out the Community tab on my channel to see my latest non-video updates!
